Our return policy

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase you have the option of returning your products within 30 calendar days after you have received them, provided that:

  • The products are both un-used and unwashed; however, you are of course allowed to try on the products to see if they fit you - please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
  • The products are in essentially the same state and quantity in which you received them.
  • Footwear, blazer and suit returns must include the original shoe box or suit bag in its original condition.

How do I return items?

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, the returns process should be as simple and convenient as possible.

Follow these easy steps:

  • Call our Customer Service. They will assist you in scheduling a convenient time and place for picking up and returning your products.
  • Fill out the Returns Form. You can find the Returns form at the bottom of the Advice Note enclosed with your order.
  • Enclose the Returns Form in the box/package provided and return to:

  • Give the parcel with the enclosed Returns Form to the courier.
  • Retain the receipt from the courier as proof of postage.

This service is free for our customers within EU. However for customers outside EU we will charges a fee corresponding to the return shipping costs and any export duty.

The shipping charges you will incur through returning a package are as follows:

  • Free within EU
  • NOK 160,00 within Norway
  • CHF 30,00 within Switzerland

You also have the option to arrange a return shipment yourself through any postal courier. In this case you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, we advise you to contact the Customer Service before shipping the return, and fill out the returns form found in the bottom of the Advice Note enclosed with your order. Please ensure that it is included in the returning parcel.

Please hand over the parcel to your chosen operator within 30 days and ship it to the address:

To secure proof of your cancellation we recommend that you always save the receipt from the courier of the fact that you have handed over the parcel.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and process your return, you will be issued with the appropriate refund. We aim to process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it.

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know:

  • Your refund will be processed within app. 3 days of receiving your parcel
  • After 5-10 working days the refund will be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have.

If we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of refunding your order

In the unlikely event that you don't receive an email within 20 days after your parcel has been collected, please get in touch with Customer Service, and we will investigate.

Please note: If you arranged the return shipment yourself through any postal courier, the return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

I have been refunded the incorrect amount

We are very sorry if we have refunded you the wrong amount. Please contact Customer Service and give them your order number and the required refund amount.

Have you received my returned items?
