Free Exchange and Returns Service

If the size or colour does not fit you, you can exchange the product by calling our customer service. The exchange service is free for all EU countries.

Upon returning the products that you want to exchange, please use the prepaid postal label enclosed with the order - it's at sticker in the bottom of the return note.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items free of charge if you live within the EU. There is a prepaid label enclosed with your order that you can use for the return parcel. You can also call Our Customer Service Team who will arrange for a free pick-up (not free yet if you live in Norway and Switzerland).
